Legno antico crosta
Liste in legno di varie essenze dello spessore di mm.8
Larghezze mm. 40-60-100 lunghezze mm. 400/1200, lasciate all’esterno per periodi molto lunghi, durante i quali sono esposte agli agenti atmosferici, che ne determinano gli aspetti cromatici e di struttura attuali.
Il materiale viene poi selezionato e successivamente essiccato sotto vuoto, per togliere eventuali residui di umidità.
L’ultima fase riguarda la lavorazione, nel corso della quale, le liste vengono ridotte nelle dimensioni richieste, con macchine di precisione e infine spazzolate con tecniche particolari, per non rimuovere la patina del legno.
Tutte le fasi di lavorazione avvengono in Italia.
Non vengono utilizzati in nessun modo prodotti chimici, per non alterare le caratteristiche naturali di questo prodotto.
Old wood crust

The material is then selected and then dried under vacuum to remove any residual moisture.
The last stage concerns the machining, during which the lists are reduced to the required dimensions, with precision machines and finally brushed with special techniques, not to remove the wood patina.
All processing phases occur in Italy.
No chemicals are used in any way, so as not to alter the natural characteristics of this product.
